Why JustSayThis
I've always been an empath.
I tend to think about how other people are feeling. I want to understand where they're coming from. I care about relationships, and I don't like unnecessary conflict.
Those are qualities I value—but I've also learned that they can make difficult conversations harder.
For a long time, I wasn't always very good at setting boundaries. I'd think about what I wanted to say, then think about how the other person might feel, then soften it a little more. Sometimes I'd say nothing at all.
And sometimes, when I finally did respond, I'd wish I had found a better way to say it.
I started thinking about how different some of those conversations might have been if I'd had a tool that helped me pause, sort through what I was feeling, and find the right words before I responded.
Not someone to tell me what to do.
Not someone to take over my voice.
Just a thoughtful place to say:
Here's what happened. Here's how I feel. What should I say?
That's the idea behind JustSayThis.
I built it for the moments when you know what you feel—but you're struggling to find the words.
Whether it's setting a boundary with someone you love, responding to a difficult text, navigating a challenging relationship, or simply trying to say something hard without making things worse, JustSayThis helps you think it through and find words that feel like you.
Because the goal isn't to win the conversation.
It's to say what you mean, with clarity and confidence, while still being yourself.
And sometimes, having the right words can change everything.
