Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that if you are using the Service on behalf of an organization you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

JustSayThis.ai generates suggested wording for personal and professional conversations based on the information you provide. The Service is provided for general communication assistance only. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• generate or distribute content that is harassing, defamatory, hateful, threatening, or that promotes violence or discrimination;
• create deepfakes, impersonate others, or produce content intended to deceive or manipulate;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• send spam, attempt to jailbreak or bypass safety controls, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service;
• interfere with the Service through malware, scraping, or automated access not expressly permitted by us.

4. Your responsibilities and AI outputs

You are responsible for the prompts and information you submit, for ensuring you have the rights to any content you provide, and for how you use any output. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a given situation. Outputs are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or psychological advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment. You should review and exercise your own judgment before sending or acting on any generated content.

5. Content moderation

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to filter, refuse, restrict, or remove outputs, and to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Rights holders who believe content generated or distributed through the Service infringes their rights may contact us so we can investigate and respond, including by taking action against repeat infringers.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding your inputs), is owned by Saxton Resource Group LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent any technical limits of the Service. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.

7. Payment terms

Script credits are sold as one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout. There is no subscription and no recurring charge — you are billed only when you choose to buy a credit pack. Purchased credits do not expire. Payment, billing, applicable taxes, currency, and refunds are handled by our reseller, Paddle, and are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Refunds are addressed in our Refund Policy.

8. Reseller and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
